Busted Aluminum arms

I have an issue and need a little help. There are 2 aluminum arms that go from a bar to the rear wheel frame. one arm for each side. Does anyone know what they are called because both of mine are snapped. I have the 5 year warranty so I hope it is covered.

Not too common. But it does happen. How rough u been on it?
Most likely it will not be covered.
