I don't think you can. The torque converter wouldn't allow you to do so.

My old 1962 Chevy Nova II could drag start. Back then I was told it had a rear tail shaft pump. The newer cars no longer have it. It may just work if Honda is using basic 3 speed trans.

The torque converter actually isn't the issue, since it is equipped with a one way bearing to provide better engine braking. The issue is the clutches require oil pressure to apply.
