I'm interested in this section as soon I plan of buying the first 700-2 available.

My wish list if you will, will be:
An aluminum top, don't want plastic
Tempered safety glass windshield, don't want plexiglass or lexun
Warn 4500 winch w/ mounting kit
    Larger front bumper guard
Stick Stoppers..axle protectors or what ever name applies
Additional light bars, fore and aft
Whatever other practical items come to market.....

I cant wait to get this list started. Some must have's are Top, Windshield, and CV guards.

BigRiver, I'm not sure you going to find a actual glass windshield. Anyways, I would think it would break easley even being tempered. I agree it would be nice.
Maybe you can have one custom made..

I don't want a full cab either, but somewhere on Koplin's site I saw a tempered glass windshield that pivoted at the top hinges, had two dampeners for support.

I just don't want to go the plastic route, I've seen too many that are scratched up and hazed over. Maybe I'm pushing this too far, but I really want to do it right the first time!

I'm now told that Honda will have a OEM 2 piece glass windshield.

    Sounds good to me!

Also, I've talked to the R&D department with Warn industries. Once they have a Pioneer to measure from, they'll be in production of their style of UTV front bumper.
I'm thinking that I'll go that route and mount the winch onto it.

I am just about to order a glass windshield....as I want to have a wiper and my experience with plastic is not that good. I would prefer a two piece....but have not heard of it till now. Where is this two-piece windshield info coming from?

That info must have been wrong I'm sorry to say. I had to settle for the solid 1 piece glass windshield.

Kinda wondered about that. After giving it a bit of thought.....I see that it has a 2plc and 4plc designation - meaning 2 seat and 4 seat (Place). Sometimes I think we get some "wishful thinking". :D I'm going with glass too. Too much brush and scratches with plastics.

Just picked up my Pioneer 700 4 seater with glass windshield and wipers, full poly top, rear plastic cover behind the front seats, 4k winch, bed and front floor mats, rear view and side mirrors and rear bumper. I'm still waiting on back ordered heater and fabric doors due by January 15th.

I absolutely love it but will hope they will soon come out with Electric Power Steering. Steering is pretty decent until you have to turn at a standstill or when in 4 wheel drive. A dome light would be real handy and since it has no high beam which I don't know why they left it off, I'll be adding an accessory light system as I feel it's a must.

All in all, I'm pretty darn happy with it.

Do you have the hard doors? If not, how did you mount the side mirrors? Gotta pic? Thanks, Dale
