Can anyone who has 9" wide tires all around post pics of their machines do I can see what it would look like?
Does anyone want to buy a used set of Swamp Lites? Front 27x9x14. Rear 27x12x14. Ss212 black rims. Right rear tire has a torn spit on the side wall but it doesn't go far enough through to keep it from holding air. Right rear rim has a bent edge. I have no idea how it happened. $400 for the set and you pay shipping costs. PayPal only.

I have ran 9" on rear it looks a little narrow back there but it functions fine. It steers a lot easier which is a plus. The tires are on stock 12x6 front rims. Tires are itp mudlite XL but i don't like them tires to be honest. Find a tire with less aggressive tread will help too.

Roctanes look to be what I need .Close to a factory tread

I love them, been through a lot of wicked terrain where many in my party slashed and gashed their OEM tires over the past 3 years, I have been fortunate to have never had a flat or cut sidewall on these. they handle slick rock and snow equally well, I don't go mudding I bought a SxS to ride trails no impersonate a submarine LOL. SO I can't speak to deep mudding ability, but I have never been stuck using them.

The sidewall bite is impressive as 50" machine often end up on one door or the other from deep ruts these little buggers will claw right out and the SxS will right itself if you do it correctly.

Lol. Me either. I outgrew tearing my stuff up in the mud a long time ago. Just want a good tire to use trail riding on WMA during deer season and maybe in the snow the one or two times we get snow every year.

If you want a tire for general riding and some snow. Look at Grim reaper, dirt commander, ripsaw,,terracross, bearclaw HTR.. Kanati Mongrel,, Duro frontier,, Maxxis coronado. Last 3 are more like a AT truck tire in the tread design.

Would you be able to put a tape on those tires to see how tall they actually measure?

The 26x9x12 Roctane XD I have are actually 26.2" tall and each tire weighs 26.6 lbs. (not including the wheel).

I’m a fan of wider tires myself because to me they look better seem to ride better feel like you got more stability but everyone thinks different all there is to do is try it if you don’t like them sale them

Tomorrow I am ordering 28x10x14 mudlites for all 4 corners. Did you end up going with 9"? Mudlites? Just curious if you were happy.
