Wow.... that is one sweeeeeet looking ride! What a difference 3 inches makes.....or so I've heard.

It sure looks it has a custom fab winch mount / front stiffener? If it is a winch mount, it using a different mounting concept that most of the other mounts out there.

Man that's sweet. I have a question. I currently have a John Deere Gator 825i. I have been to the dealer and driven a pioneer 7004. What size tire are you running and how well does it pull them? The Gator has 50 hp and I know the Pioneer has less so I am curious as to how it performs with 26s or 27s. Thanks

Here is the info on the lit, It is made by Xtreme Products

XTREME Products

Here is the info they sent me on them.
Our 3” kit includes brackets for the bottom of the front along with spacers for the top of the shocks. In the rear it is just a bracket lift no spacers were needed. The front suspension is extremely soft on this bike and needed spacers to help keep a solid lift. With tow not very small guys the bike would have 3 inches of lift when we left the shop. Returned the bike would still be at 3 inches of lift all around.

This kit retails for $344.54 and ships for $13.50 to the continental U.S. Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada have different rates.

We also have a Big Red lift that is a full bracket lift that retails for $250.34 and same shipping rates apply to it. It is only a 2” lift due to the fact there was axle bump at 3 inches so the lift was dropped down to a safe height so stock equipment can be used.

All of our lifts use the OEM axles, tie rods, and ball joints. We find the maximum amount of lift possible and check for axle bump, binding, and angles. If any lift pushes the stock parts too far we drop it to a safe level to where stock axles will work and be at safe angles.

I called the company that is making these lifts. My concern was with the angle of the front axles and the possible shorter lifespan. The information they gave me was that as it does change the angles slightly it should not shorten the lifespan of the axles.

This kit also come with spacers that preload the front suspension to maintain the lift height and provide a slightly stiffer front end.

You cannot order this set yet but will be available in 2 weeks on the website.

I will be ordering this kit, as i thin it will go well with the 27in zilla tires i ordered. i will post some pics.

Your zillas will likely measure 8" and 10" wide. I have a set of these on my foreman. I will say they are an awesome tire. I ran them literally at 0 psi and didn't realize it although I wouldn't recommend this on our heavier Pioneers. Never had a flat and I have been real hard on them. I've had them about 3 years and they still have about 3/4" of tread left on them.

Guys, I bought the extreme lift kit for my pioneer 700. After I got it all installed, it truely looks amazing.

I will give you the goods and bads of this whole install:
1st, I thought it was a bit over priced for no more stuff that was included in the kit but hey guess I was willing since i needed to lift it because my big tires was rubbing.

2nd, once I opened the kit and started the install, I discovered the black bolts that came in the kit for the rear install was two short so I had to go buy the right ones. Once I got the right bolts, the rear install went as planned and worked well.

3rd, Once I got thru with the rear I moved to the front to start there..I jacked the front up, removed the tires and shocks. I mounted the bottom portion of the shock install with ease, just had a little drilling to do. Now for the hard part..I needed to put the spacers on the shocks, so I rented a spring compressor which did not work at all and run them all the way down but would not give me enough space to put them in nor enough room to even get the shock apart...

Long story short, I went to the Honda shop which had some sort of contraption that with 5 peoples help, was finally able to get the spacers in..and I mean we like to have never got them in. Once in, I reinstalled the shocks and BAM...I was finally done.

SO, if you buy this kit, make sure you have what it takes to compress those front shocks and have plenty of help because you will need it. The type of spring compressor was a homemade thing that the Honda shop had made. It was a long 2" square tubing about 4' long that we put in a vise. It had a fork bolted on it about half way down and a hinge at the top that was connected to a long pull handle, that we still had to use a cheater pipe on. We bolted the shock in it and pull downward to compress it...with all our team work, we got it done.

I will now give a huge thanks to Brookhaven Honda, Brookhaven MS for helping me get this done..
Thanks Brookhaven Boys for knowing yalls stuff and getting your customer going even tho it was after hours doing so..Yall ROCK !!!!

dwhite38, WHERE ARE THE PICS? lol...

Welcome to the community.

I agree $350 is a bit much for a lift kit.
Glad you got it installed after all that hard work. Wonder why you had so much trouble out of the shocks. I haven't spaced mine YET.. But I have the supplies and I am ready when I get some free time. I will give it a go with the ratchet strap method.
It was awesome that Brookheven Honda helped you out. Many dealers nowadays turn away jobs like that. Kudos to them for sure.

If you post a picture of your Pioneer... We will post it to the Facebook and tag Brookheave for you.
If you need help just let me know.
Thanks.

I'm not sure everybody understands the pro's and con's of a lift kit. The pro's are I guess it looks cool, more ground clearance and you can use bigger tires. I'm running 27 inch tires with no problem what so ever with no lift kit. The con or negative of a lift kit is you raise the center of balance which means it is more unstable and easier to flip over in every direction. It will affect your ability to drive on a side slope and your ability to climb steep inclines, which for me is a huge negative. It also means you can't take corners as fast as a stock height UTV. It will role over sooner. If your ok with that, fine. I'm not, but everyone needs to be aware of the negatives to make a informed decision about lift kits.

I have the StrongMade lift kit with Walker-Evans shocks and 1" wheel spacers all around and SwamperLite 27" tires all around, works great!
