My reverse gear went out after going 10 feet in reverse. Found the reverse gear knocked a whole in cover. And just grind now when put in reverse. I have 8 hours of getting it apart . I find nothing broke besides the cover. What should I be looking 4.

Sorry for the late build fellas. I must say with work, honey do's and owning a cabin that like another house, it takes up a lot of your time! Bringing "The Pioneer" home "The Pioneer" that's what my son calls it. I bought my Pioneer to replace a Polaris Sportsman. Wow what a difference! It has a lot of power. Love it. I will be using the pioneer for hunting and,working food plots. with some fun thrown in.

I have had the buggy for a couple months. I have a lot of plans for upgrades as time and money allow.

I finally picked up a white deluxe 1000-5 today and the build has commenced. I used to run a Jeep several years ago until I decided they were too expensive to build, too easy to break, and rode too rough. I think this Pioneer should fill the void well and be much more capable. I have already done 90% of the install on a Superwinch Terra 45SR with a KFI mount. I also have a SuperAtv flip windshield on its way. I have an Attwood bilge blower left over from an old boat that I may be...
