This is a great upgrade. I did have an issue with the driver's side nylock coming loose but a deformed thread lock nut and a jam nut have held up for the last 1000 miles

I have a few sets of these left right now.
I have added some different style locking nuts for the driver's side bolt. I will update the pictures soon to reflect the newer kit.

Thanks again brother, these are legit. Tacked them on for now and I'll go back and do the full weld when I put the gussets on the front lower frame mounts after Mulberry.

My upper and lower a-arm mounts are gusseted.

Been giving the buggy a once over since she just rolled over 1k miles and has a date with Tackett Creek at the end of the month. I ordered her a BCF harness bar and harnesses as a gift!

Something hit my drivers rear spring retainer and then a rock got wedged under there last ride, so it couldn't reseat. It wore the shock body pretty good:

Got my upper gussets and weld washers (thanks again @Neohio ) welded in and went through the front end. Driver side upper arm bolt was really loose. I can see how people wallow out the bolt holes now. I installed some new locknuts on both sides along with some orange loctite and an extra nut to try and prevent it from loosening up. Regreased everything and put it back together.

Also installed my eBay exhaust tip (Link to listing on eBay). Liking how it sounds and that I won't have to worry about the spark arrestor clogging any more:

This is my stock tip/arrestor:

Next up will be going through skidplate bolts/washers, beefing up crossmembers, and installing my other set of quick release mounts on the rear driver's side seat back. Also need to figure out why my LED whips decided to stop working out of the blue.
Here are some pictures from @Adam490

Front bumper will most likely have to come off! I wouldn’t recommend thinner washers. I think the thickness of the washers is most important! The 240mm would work with Spacers on the front side...

Received the 240mm bolts today to take the place of the 220mm which were a little too short! Took some pics with both lengths, but probably won’t try them til this weekend...:(

Some installation pictures from @Eltobgi
Including some discussion on the length of the bolt.

Well the holes for my upper A arm bolts were getting worn a little more. Big Thanks to @Neohio for the weld washers and bolts that he worked up.. I was finally a ole to get. A local welder to weld them on this past week - I really need to learn to weld. I took the Honda out this afternoon and it is nice to be solid up front again.

First two pics are a comparison of some other weld washers next to the ones @Neohio had made

Thanks for the pics! helps me understand this.

it looks like some have simply installed but not welded. is this what i'm seeing?
Some of the pictures that @Eltobgi showed in his thread, they were not welded at the time.
To realise the full benefit of this repair, you need to have them welded in place. Everyone has different skill levels, As well as nozzle sizes on their welders. Some might be able to weld 100% around the washer, others may only be able to weld 50%.

If you click on the arrow next to the user name, it will take you to that specific post. It is not showing pictures for me in my post in this thread.
