Hey gang, has anyone read of any real world differences between the '18 1000-5 Deluxe VS' 19 1000-5 Deluxe? Other than color?

I did. They salesman I was talking to told me that there were absolutely no differences between the two. Only change for the '19 models were that Honda added gloss black to the lineup. But I wanted to ask here.

I'm 99.99% sure that's correct.

19 has the updated ecm.
They can update the 18 ecm for you.
You may need to ask them about it. They most likley are not aware of it.

The ONLY changes that have been made yearly have be very minor and usually could have them added to the older models at Honda expense. I don't expect to see any real changes until they do a 'ground up' revamp.
