Multi 2017 Honda Pioneer Model Info - 700 Deluxe W/paddles, 500 Auto, and 1000 is MIA?

All 2017 models

• Seat belt interlock to keep the unit under 15mph if the driver has not buckled the seat belt.
• New safety torso bars to help keep the passengers seated in case of an accident.

Pioneer 700 Deluxe

• Electronic Power Steering
• Paddle Shifters
• Auto/Manual override like P1k
• Aluminum wheels
• New color choices - Matte Silver & Diver Blue! *model dependent
• New colored shocks.
• All Pioneer 700's receive new updated fascia with new bumper allowing option to add LED headlights.

Pioneer 500

• Picks up an Automatic transmission with Auto/Manual switch
• Dual rate springs
• New colors - Green

Pioneer 1000 MIA this go around!

• 2017 model was not announced.
• On the flip side they did say the next Redline will have the motocross and off road stuff with a new model that's a "game-changer".

So no new model "YET". Hops still up for November to join the 2017 Pioneer 1000 release!

I agree. There is probably a way to override it though just like on a tractor or lawn mower seat sensor where you can add a jumper wire to fool it into thinking you're sitting down all the time.

You just get another her seat belt insert.and leave it plugged in you can do it on cars so it doesn't ding at you.

Love what they did with the 700. Wish they would of made it a 4 speed with a granny gear.

I wonder if the 700 still has a parking brake, or if the 1000 got one.

The 500 and 700 just upped the ante! Excited about the auto but can't believe they did auto/paddles but forgot about lockers on the 500. Oh well.still interested but I wonder if I could cut down a 700

Polaris has had this for at least a year. I drove a ranger 570 - it will only go 15 mph if the seat belt is unbuckled.

Maybe they just did a last minute adjustment on heat could be something that simple to the 1000. Maybe they are waiting for feedback on the heat fix. Maybe...personally I'd rather them not try to shove it out. I doubt it's going to be a huge thing on the 1000 if anything

Can Am Commander has these and I left my seat belt locked wrapped behind the seat. I like the feature as it could be unlocked when my kids or someone new was driving and I wanted to,make sure they were wearing seatbelts.

I just want one with a d@mn flux capacitor so I would know which horses to bet on
