2018 HUNTING

Bought my Honda to use for lion hunting more then anything else. I've put about 1200 miles this season running trails looking for tracks. It's been one of our best seasons in years. Still have one Ranger which will be replaced this year. Too many issues to list with the Polaris.
I've got 28" Ripsaws and they've done very well. Haven't had any real deep snow this year yet. 15" has been about the deepest we've had. Have had the Honda loaded up with 3 guys, 8 dogs, 175 lb lion and about 100 lbs of other gear and pulled out of a nasty canyon without any issues. 2.5" lift, SATV windshield, soft rear panel and door panels. Lots of other mods that make these things more usable. Don't have the clutch upgrade yet. Still using it every day till end of April.

To date, the most interactive hunting experienced for me is turkey, so I can't imagine this level of interaction, LOL....

Wow, awesome pics. Not sure if I could have taken the one on the rock ledge with the cat and dogs going at it just a few feet apart. I'd have been shaking like a leaf in a tree. I have cats at my place in west Tx. Lots of pics on game cams but never laid eyes on one. To many catus for us to run dogs. Congrats on the big cat!!

Another month till cat season ends here in CO. Then back to the 7 days a week grind in the shop and get caught up again. The Pioneer has been fantastic. It has been through a lot this winter. My buddy is still running a Ranger but has decided to get an LE before next season. Got all clients done and so our next guy we take is the owner of our local Honda Powersports dealership where I purchased mine. He's an avid hunter but has never seen a lion. We're gonna change that.
