This was what it looked like shortly after I got it. Nothing but tires and wheels, roof, winch, pod lights and dual battery setup. This was also when I had my pod lights mounted high. I had to move them to fit the windshield on, so they went down to the bumper instead

Due to the extreme heat here in south GA, I came up with a fan setup that was super easy. The pictures donā€™t do it justice, these things are awesome! I used 4 roll cage clamps that I bought off of Amazon, 2 Derale Performance 12ā€x12ā€ Tornado radiator fans and 2 pieces of 2ā€x1/4ā€ aluminum flat stock that I had laying around. The fans move 880 cfm, so thereā€™s more than enough air flow but not too much that it becomes annoying. All in all, I love the set up and around here, they are more than necessary, especially with the full glass windshield and Honda hard rear panel. You can also see a sneak peak of some of my sound system in the pics. I mounted 2 JL audio M3 6.5ā€ gunmetal gray marine speakers in a custom enclosure I found on eBay. I drilled 4 holes in the flat part of the Honda roof and mounted the speaker enclosure. They sound awesome! I will post pictures of the rest of the system when I get a chance to take some, itā€™s pretty cool! Also I included a picture of my switch panel and Ram phone mount šŸ‘šŸ»

I really appreciate it! Iā€™m ready too! Just had a minor setback this past weekend, my motor in my truck threw a rod, so portals will unfortunately have to wait for a few months now. Once my tires and wheels finally arrive, the only thing left to buy for it is the portals themselves. Iā€™m getting a killer price from a friend that deals them, so Iā€™m going with the 6ā€ billet boxes and a 30% reduction. I already have SuperATV front and rear arms, SuperATV billet tie rods and the tires and wheels are ordered, so I will be ready to roll as soon as my bank account recovers from this new truck motor šŸ˜
I'm so glad I found this forum and your thread in particular! I just bought a 2021 1000-5 LE and just found out last night that I can't duplicate the SATV's mud build that they did on their red pioneer because I have the limited and so their rhino axles won't work as part of their 6" lift kit. I was planning on putting on 37" tires. I'm beyond heart broken and am even thinking of selling my pioneer for that sole reason (I'm kicking myself for not buying the basic or deluxe now). If anyone has any ideas I'm all ears!

Trust me, I felt the exact same anguish that youā€™re feeling now, after I read up on what I had. The thought crossed my mind of selling and getting a deluxe like my brother but after seeing how many extra things mine has than his, I was satisfied. Iā€™ve heard that you can get axles custom made from different axle builders for those lifts and our buggies but itā€™s extremely expensive. Iā€™ve just opted to stick with 35ā€™s to be on the safe side and if I get tired of it in the future, I may go the custom route and make it bigger. I also didnā€™t want to go too crazy with still having 4 1/2 years of warranty left. If you happen to figure out anything new, please keep me posted and I will do the same for you!

I finally had a chance to take some more pictures of it this afternoon and this is how it has turned out so far. These show you the rest of the sound system, as well as the rest of the build. If you have any questions about anything, feel free to ask!

These show the whip lights in all their glory! šŸ˜ The rear speakers also have transflective RGB cones in the speakers, so the speakers light up as well, they just werenā€™t lit for the pictures. The speakers themselves are JL 7.7ā€ M3ā€™s with a JL 280w amp inside the enclosure

How do you like the HMF Titan Quiet Series Exhaust? Did you see significant reduction in exhaust noise? Iā€™m building my rig to support thermal night hunting so Iā€™m trying to be as quite as possible! Also, did you obtain any lessons learned specific to your duel battery build that you would change? Thank you for your time responding!

Leave the stock exhaust if you want it quiet. The HMF QS series is still noticeably louder than stock.

I agree with @Adam490, if you want quiet, stock is the way to go. In order to put on the HMF, you have to remove the exhaust and the cat, so it opens it up more. Basically itā€™s just a deeper, more pronounced tone but definitely louder than stock. With the dual battery setup, I think I would honestly do it the same. Only thing I may would do different is to put an Optima under the seat for more accessory power but that will come in the future for me. I have a lot of lights and sound system equipment with plans to add more, so Iā€™ll need the extra power. If you arenā€™t going crazy with accessories like me, then the Odyssey PC925 would be perfect. It has done a fine job so far!
