Not so much of a build but adding accessories. I got it for farming and hunting plus for the family to run around on the farm with.

Thought I would mention some of the things I have seen along the way. During the over a year wait I accumulated several things that I wanted to add. Since getting it I have spent way more time adding things than in the seat.

Dealer add ons:
Factory roof
Super ATV flip up windshield
LED headlights
Mid fabric panel

MudBusters- I love these things. They were pretty straightforward (would have helped to have a second person) during the install…. UNTIL I got to the lower fronts. I don’t have a good pic or it but will try to remember to get some when I go back to fix them.

From what I can tell the 2022 inner front fenders are a little different, or are compared to my buddy’s 2018 LE. The lower part of the front section on the MudBuster instructions were to bolt on using the 4 pilot holes. First on I drilled just as described but figured out I could not access the bolts to add the nuts. I tried everything except taking a ton of things apart. My quick fix was to screw them down with self tappers. I am going back to add nurserts and bolts.

Siezmick Bed Extender- one of my first purchases during the wait. We knew we needed extra bed space for what we do and having more than three folks at a time ride with gear it was a great purchase. Install was straightforward as well. Only flaw I have ran across is that I bought a bed mat from Rough Country and it is very tight at the tailgate with the extender folded up. A few modifications will fix it.

It will also allow my weed eater to fit inside the bed. Happy with the purchase and it stores up really easy. Good addition for us.

V2 Viper Winch 6000- awesome looking winch. It took some time to get nuts threaded on u-bolts by myself but it got done😤. Would have been much easier with another person to help. Even though I struggled a bit, this thing is awesome. No problems with fit. Looking at the Trail Model, the deluxe did not have the side plates (or mine didn’t 😜) that cover the winch. I had plenty of room, no fit issues. Just as @Hondasxs described in the earlier posts, you have to get the top of the mounting plate under the tab of the frame when installing.

I did not wire it at the time of mounting to the Pioneer. I did all my wiring at one time.

Forgot to mention. The winch came from the club store with a nice green switch and harness. However, my OCD wanted all switches the same color so I got a premium blue switch and harness from the store.

Added electrical stuff-
Mighty max second battery
Tru dual battery kit- club store
Seat belt plug- club store
New key on power supply plug- club store
Cole Hershee relay
Pos/Neg bus bars
50 inch light bar over hood
Side pods
Rear pods
Strip lights to roof for some lights
Ecoxgear 26 in sound bar
Horn
Rock lights
6 in fan under seat
Winch remote and premium switch- club store
Auxbeam 8 gang switch panel

Mounted all accessories and ran wire to front.

Did all wiring at the same time. At times overwhelming and timely. Maybe should have done in steps but wanted to get it all done at once.

NOTE: 3 dead switches on the deluxe model are color coded. For mine the follow switches corresponded to the following colors.
Switch closest to steering wheel- blue/ brown wires
2nd Switch (to right of above)- Puple/yellow
3rd switch (switch next to small switch blanks)- aqua/grey

The auxbeam is crooked 😂😂😂. Not by design but the hole I drilled for the wire was off a little. I have a cover plate being made for the warning labels and will fix it when they come in.

NOTE: the larger warning label has wires mounted to the back of it. Look at it before cutting the space out. Here is a pic of the backside of mine.

The sound bar is awesome considering the price point compare to others.

Comparing to my buddy’s 2018- under the hood is a little different. Main battery is slanted rather than flat. The back of the fender set has more wiring ran along the frame cross member than earlier versions. There is more plastic behind the fender to help close off the front to the cab area. The rubber flap is not a small area and replaced with more plastic molding. Again this is just my observations from pictures and seeing his machine.

Looks good! The original Green Deluxe AKA Sherman is proud.

one thing Id suggest is to remove that warning label THEN install that Auxbeam plate.

I have some plates coming in from Crossroad 3D. I will get it fixed once they come in. It was just a quick stick on to see if the wiring was going to work;). It was a turn key 🙏 that it all worked. haha

With the three large switches (only rated at 3 amps) I decided to run some smaller items. Rock lights are on one and I split my dome strips one for each of the other switches. Works pretty good for what I wanted.

Seat covers- wasn’t sure they would fit but added the kemimoto seat covers. They fit well. Added rear view and side mirrors before I added most the other stuff. Gotta see what’s behind ya!

I am going to stay pretty much stick for my needs. I enjoy seeing all the different builds and various options, but I think the only plans I have are to get 28s all around by next year and will be pretty much done (I know, yeah right 🤣).

Heat is still an issue with the 2022 model. I haven’t put enough time behind the seat at one time but it feels like it can get hot. I did add the under-seat fan.

can you take pics of how you did your under seat fan? How did you mount it with those covers?
I currently have it temporarily attached with zipties. working to figure out a framing option, but it is pretty secure. I doubled the ties at each location. It is the black box at upper left corner of pic. Not as many options to mounting as compared with the earlier models. I moved the black rubber coating back to keep if from sliding. There is a small brace bar on the bottom right side of the fan to secure the lower part to keep it from moving in space there.

🤣

looks like the bilge fan mod lives on!
My daughter said her favorite seat is the middle of the front seat. She likes the heat🤣🤣

I don't have any experience with other models or side x sides, so the heat may not be as bad as other years. I can feel it rising as we ride and they have not been long trips. If it doesn't get any hotter than it has thus far, it will be good. Time will tell.

that fan is slick....I'm trying to use the 4" bilge fan and using a strap across the top won't allow the center cover to fit.....We rode 36 miles yesterday and seat got warm but not HOT.....I plan on getting a @trigger shield at TO and hopefully someone can get me a bracket to fit....Thanks for your pics....

I made this mount on my '21. If you can weld, it could be modified to work with the '22 by adding a spacer between the half-round part (that hose clamps to the cross tube, to drop the fan down further to clear the pan. The bracket mount is easy to remove for servicing, just loosen two hose clamps, and allows positioning of the blower so the intake isn't obstructed.

His shields look like they will do a great job. I am going to see how it goes with the fan and heat. If it doesn't get worse than what we have experienced so far, we will be good. If it gets more intense, I will probably look into a shield from trigger as well. The fan is a 6 inch fan I believe (80 watts). When it runs it sounds like the radiator fan. I have to look at my switch to see if its on or if its the one up front lol. I can try to find the one I got and send it to you if you would like.
