P1000 2022 front hitch

Anyone know of a 2” receiver that is compatible with the 2022 1000-5 Base model front bumper?

They have the KFI bolt on hitch for the Pre-22 models. I also needed a front hitch and looked at theirs but I was not impressed. It set to high and looked weak. I ended up going with a bumper that included a front hitch reciever. Way heavier made and the correct height too. Do a seach for that and you may come up with something because most are custom made. You may need to call them, but most of these custom bumpers are made in small fad shops and they may be able to modify it to fit your machine. You can bet money their working on getting spec's on a 2022 model and may already have them. I purchase the TTC front bumper.

I thought the tipping point was around 36 degrees but them 22 model hold the slope pretty good.

I just made one. All the ones I saw either individually or as part of a bumper were too high to be useful. I figure the 2022 versions will be too. I got a receiver from Harbor Freight and welded it to 6x6 1/4 plate and bolted it to a matching plate inside the bumper. The inner plate has a short clip angle to grab some support from the winch bracket. So far so good.

Front 2" receiver (winch option) allows rear winch deployment using jumper cables (cheapo route). No fancy connectors needed. I did something similar and ended up changing the jumper cable clamps. Will probably upgrade to a disconnect plug in the future.

Running cables from front to rear, you would need 1 ot wire I'm figuring with a solid connection or you could create a fire problem.

I realize this thread was made in July of 2022. For anyone searching for information on the 2022 Pioneer 1000-5 Models (All Models); KFI has one Part Number 102165.
