Do you see any issues in my wiring diagram? I forgot to draw in the key-on to stinger with Honda sxs harness from lighter and that ground runs to the fuse block.

It looks fine to me. i dont see anything left out except the key on power as you mentioned

i attached a few diagrams i made for several ways on how to do it.

the "Wiring Diagram" file is how i have mine wired. with this you can have always on power or key on power. i use this a lot when im on and off the buggy so the radio keeps playing. then you can switch it back to key on power (or turn all accessory power off)
the other 2 are key on only variations

Are you talking about a relay for the dual voltmeter. If so it needs to be a ground relay. One that when powered provides a ground source. Tell us what your using it on. Numbers and pics help.

You will need a 12 vdc (coil) "Form A" relay (form A has contacts that are normally open when deenergized (many relays are Form C, having both NO (normally open) and NC (normally closed contacts - a Form C relay will work too.

Connect one side of the relay coil (on a Bosch style 30/40 amp relay that would be terminal 85 or 86) to ground. The other coil terminal will go to an ignition switched 12 VDC source. Connect one of the relay NO contact (terminal 30 or 87) to ground. The other NO contact terminal will be connected to the ground terminal of the dual voltmeter.
