Or way too gay? This is my first post. Just got this Pioneer and bought this 52" light bar before I even brought it home. Doesn't fit like another poster had his. Looks like it fits on the ROPS on a 700 but not the 1000 under the roof. With the brackets I got I managed to find a possible spot for it. Haven't tightened it down yet. Not sure if I like it out front like that. What say ya'll.

I did something very similar but I flip my brackets around so that the brackets would tuck in a little closer to the hood.

For the other guys that would like to answer yes to his question about whether or not the position is gay, please keep your comments to yourself. . I'm too sensitive for criticism

I would have to say nay. Like @Hondasxs said underneath the windshield would work better. Just my opinion. Good luck and welcome to the forum!

I think it all depends on how you use your machine. Based solely on the scratches that I already have on the bumper and hood, I know that I would end up breaking it.

I don't want to sound negative but honest opinion for me is that I agree with the nays because I wouldn't make it an hour without ripping that off. Now with that said if your doing dunes rides or roads you'll be fine. Lots of light though I sure love mine but for us I had to tuck it at the windshield it won't grab anything that way

Yes there is a hint of a rainbow. I would think it would block your line of sight like that. Mount it on the front of the roof or up by the windshield.

Hey I do want to welcome you to the site and say that there are many good people here with lots of various opinions and that's what makes it a cool place so I don't want you to take any offense to the criticism because people are just being honest about how it would work for them and in turn trying to help out. Anyways welcome @ClemsonTiger !

I mocked up my 52" this afternoon, I still have a lot of grinding, shaping and paint to do but I wanted it up by the roof and I am still able to install and remove my glass windshield. B08e5c215f26c1caed1614030c885135
