I’ve been working on this 2017 pioneer deluxe for 3 years, I bought it new and have slowly added lifts and tires, first 27” mud tires, then 29.5” bkts, now I’m at 33” bkts. Considering 35s or 37s. I’ve got a 2.5” spacer suspension lift and forward arched a arms from that give another 2.5” of lift and 3” forward, and 6” portals with a 30% gear reduction. It’s not a mud bike, it’s a go through or over anything bike. Haven’t been out to really put everything to work yet but just around the property power is not a problem. The picture of the whole bike was before the forward a arms, which was a must have because even with 11” of lift, the tires STILL rubbed. If you want more pictures let me know, I’ll post them.

I know this is an old post but I’m still trying to find 6 inch portals do you have to special order them through someone?
Hey! Right now we're only making 4" kits for the 500, 520, and 700 models. Unfortunately they just won't support the tire sizes and wheel sizes required to run anything bigger than 4" portals..........obviously without some serious custom fab work. The 6" portals require an absolute minimum of an 18" wheel...and you'll never really be able to find a tire that fits on an 18" wheel that will fit under a 700...even with forward arms, a lift, and portals. Honda just didn't design those machines with much room for bigger tires. The only way to go bigger would be to have a custom lift built that'll get your wheels way out from under the frame.

Just wondering if you need to do anything special to get the 6in portals to work on a 700? I have 4in portals on mine now bc that’s all they offered on SuperATV, but I’ve been seeing more and more 700s with 6in so just wondering if there’s anything special you have to do or are they the same mounting plates as the 4in?
