I’ve been working on this 2017 pioneer deluxe for 3 years, I bought it new and have slowly added lifts and tires, first 27” mud tires, then 29.5” bkts, now I’m at 33” bkts. Considering 35s or 37s. I’ve got a 2.5” spacer suspension lift and forward arched a arms from that give another 2.5” of lift and 3” forward, and 6” portals with a 30% gear reduction. It’s not a mud bike, it’s a go through or over anything bike. Haven’t been out to really put everything to work yet but just around the property power is not a problem. The picture of the whole bike was before the forward a arms, which was a must have because even with 11” of lift, the tires STILL rubbed. If you want more pictures let me know, I’ll post them.

I haven’t modified the mounts yet, the forward arched a arms came from OutKast fabworxs in tifton Georgia, they took about a week and a half to be delivered to me in Florida. They have an adjustable arm to adjust the camber on the tire that’s $300 extra, I originally ordered that one but they sent me a standard non adjustable and the camber is perfect, don’t waste your money on the adjustable.

just wanted to throw a few more pictures out there, I have ordered the rear high clearance a arms from OutKast fabworx, they will be here in about a month, and I am in the works of picking up a few more products of theirs for this machine! I’ll be in the swamp this weekend (as long as they keep everything open) I’ll add more photos soon.

Is the rear arms your getting arch back any? Or just arched for more clearance? Im thinking of a build later but i wont know till i find out if the gear reduction works for what im thinking

The back is roughly 21.5”, however it doesn’t have the high clearance a arms on it yet, which seem to be a little bit higher than the 2.5” bracket lift I took off the front. The rears will be here around 4/15 (and installed immediately). There is also roughly 6-6.5” of clearance from the nearest rub point and the tires with the forward a arms. The bike could comfortably run 37s, possibly even 40s. Depending on how far the rivalry goes between my buddies and me, we just might find out max tire size for this thing lol.

This is before i put my 2.5 shock spacers on. With 4 inch portals and motohavoks 32s. I need to get some new measurements but thats my plan 1 guy said he swapped the 500 diffs out and put the 700 locker on front. Which is 18% reduction. With forward arms and rear arms and 6 inch portals and another 18% 37s would be the optimal tire A2cac38794a1e5a70946e0747cd3c693

Truthfully, I have no clue. I can’t find anything on their website with rear arched for the p-700. I spoke with them on the phone today and it sounded like they were in the works of developing a set, which would explain the extended lead time. All of their other rear arms had them extending further from the rear. I have about 3.75” of clearance between the tubes and the tire. Once the new rears get here I will do a new review on them.
