P1000 A strange question

I used to explore ghost towns years ago, taking jeep trails, back before side by sides. Here is my questions - has anyone, on your SxS travled to and explored either Barker ranch or Spahn ranch where the Charles Manson family lived back in the late 60's? I have always been intrigued by going way off road and exploring sites like these.

Barker ranch is on national parks land now.
That's a no go for a SxS.

Barker ranch is on NPS land, you can drive out there with a street legal 4x4, but Pioneers are not street legal in California. Spahn Ranch is also inaccessible, most traces of the buildings have been removed and it is in a fire restricted area so definitely a no no.
