My 700-4 has s as huge gap in the passenger door (1inch) and it doesn’t come close to being flush when closed. Did I just get lucky with the driver door looking do good or are they all suppose to close good? I hate to carry it back just for that but for the price of these things I figured the fit would be better?

Your being a little picky but there's a rubber stop you can screw in to adjust it but it may also rattle. Sometimes the fit and finish ain't what it should be. My 2017 was like that on the same side.

They definitely aren’t cars or trucks. Go take it down some trails and get some scratches in that new plastic and it won’t matter nearly as much.

Is the door double latching?
If the door stop is adjusted too fat out they can not latching the 2nd time and stick out.

Latches fine and doesn’t even rattle. Nothing I can’t live with, just wanted to make sure it wasn’t something I need to have addressed. Love the machine, other than the fact it is 20 times more dusty than my old Gator. I’m sure there’s a fix for that too.

Issues continue with the new ride. Once in drive you can’t get into neutral without lots of force. Took it back to dealer and they wanted to charge me $106 to adjust the linkage on a machine that is brand new. Talked with management and the bill was voided and fixed under warranty ( and they acted like they did me a favor doing it under warranty). Good news my full top was there so I brought it home and left the P4. Shop called and all is fixed so I pick it up. Get home install top and the windshield will not fold down. Not even close to working with each other. Guess it’s another trip back to Honda dealership tomorrow. Hope they will at least cut me a break on a windshield that will work.
