Many people will be arriving early that week. Some even the weekend before.
I plan to arrive Monday or Tuesday in order to get some riding in myself.

Our event will be Saturday evening around 6 pm.
We are working to get a band to play till a little past dark.
This year we are going to work on some food trucks as well. Most likely, issue meal tickets to all registered to attend.

There is usually a RSVP thread on here when we get closer to event so that they can get a head count.

You don't need to register to ride per se, but it helps with a head count for the food @Hondasxs provides Saturday evening.
