I finally got to trail test my 700-4 with the sway bar removed. Wow what a difference! I could definitely feel better traction on the back tires. I have fox shocks and didn't feel any difference on control. If anything I felt like my control is better...

I thought removing the sway bar made almost as much of a difference as the Fox shocks!
I totally agree Tflynn, it is literally like driving a different machine!

Mine will never go back on... I'd definitely try it to see if you get the same results. I hear ya man, sounds like you have a lot going on!

It's funny, the P7 has such superior stability to the P5 that I've never thought about removing the ASB from my P7. You guys should log a few hundred miles on a P5 if you think the ASB needs to be removed on a P7 lol.

I never took it out on the 700 but the 1000 is way better without most of the time. Articulates so much better requires 4wd less. I'd just suggest for anyone trying it without to just take it easy at first. Watch sidehills a little and very high speeds loaded. Mines still out because of what we ride but I'd reinstall it if major road riding just for that

Im contomplating building some swaybar quick disconnects for the 700. Whats yall's thoughts? Is there any interest in having this ability.

I wonder how much difference there is in the lower mount on 700 vs. 1000. I'd love a set myself if they'd go!

Probably not for me. The only reason though is because of my Fox shocks. For someone with factory shocks I do think it would be beneficial. I feel no more sway on pavement and way better articulation. Unless I change my mind (for some unforeseeable reason) I don't see me putting mine back on.

I may have an interest in that. Are you going to be offering these to the members?

If its not too difficult, I may just do a material list and photo instructions.

@CumminsPusher I know I've asked you this before but I can't find the answer. Where did you unbolt your bars? Pic 1 or Pic 2?

I would think the 2nd pic. By unbolting the end links both sides would work independently of each other. Unbolting flange bushings in first pic would still leave both sides connected. But what do I know? I'm no suspension guy. I'm a piston kit, cam degreeing, nitrous installing, fuel map tuning turbo guy lol.

Pic 2 to disconnect... pic 1 if you want to take it completely out.
