P1000 Anyone added remote start?

This cold snap in the Northeast has got me really appreciating the remote start in my truck. Just this morning it occurred to me that I’ve got a brand new Viper remote starter out in the garage collecting dust. I bought a few years ago and never got around to installing in my old car.

Searched here and didn’t get any results. Searched google and it looks like some of the Polaris guys have done it.

Anyone smarter than me have any ideas on the feasibility of this?

It saves a trip out to the barn to let it warm up before plowing. But mostly because I already have the thing so why not.

This thread is almost 4yrs old. That product is prob discontinued before it hit the shelves from the sound of things.
