I am planning to add a winch and some LED's to my 2019 Pioneer 700 x4. I want to install a battery under the hood but the compartment under the hood appears to be nothing more than an unsupported, plastic box. There may be some structure below, that would support a battery, but I am wondering if there is an after market bracket that could be bolted to the frame, that would be capable of supporting a battery. I can fabricate the bracket if need be but this would certainly cost more and add hours to the project. Are there any recommendations?

Several of us have done that very thing, search is your friend.
And there is no bracket aftermarket or factory that I am aware of.

5 dollar winch mount from harbor freight bolted to frame to form a shelf Have since changed but worked great. Second picture is sheet metal use to lower it. Very easy to do

No aftermarket brackets I know of but easy to fabricate your own. I used angle iron with holes so it gave me a place to zip tie wiring then added a 1/4” aluminum plate next to the battery box mount. The power steering bracket makes a great support shelf so it doesn’t need to be attached to the rear frame bar like the battery box brackets. I custom cut some heavy duty rubber work bench matting for the battery to sit on for cushioning and anti-slip surface. Project is still in progress so please don’t mind the messy wiring beside the battery. Still waiting on my insulated terminal strips to be delivered so I can mount them on the aluminum plate and clean up the wiring.

I also added my winch remote outlet up front on the grill for easier access and longer reach on the cable.
