I’ve heard a rumor that these 2020 pioneer 1000-5 may have a reverse lighting harness already wired in them for reverse lights? Is this true? If so where should I look and what do I need to hook up my lights so I don’t have to hook them to a manual switch?

Not wired for a light, but a connector that allows you to plug in a back up alarm or lights. The club store sells the light(s) and an additional harness that lets you leave it in automatic, off or on at your pleasure.

I purchased the store's plug and play harness to wire up my own rear light. It will only come on with reverse, good enough for me.

But the factory plug I have to find, I was looking around and could not see this. Bed raised and cover for flux capacitor was off and I was looking around, even went underneith but could not see the plug I'm looking for. Where I look next?
