Had ride this past weekend and my buddy entered the bounty hole. His 1000 is very similar to mine. He has 4” portals Cfab 3” arms, bracket lift, shock spacers and running 35’s. Nobody thought he had a shot because he was up against big boys with most all having 40’s or over. First run he broke left front axle and still was only about 18” short of the leader. Can see the flag in picture. He was going to attempt second run but his tie rod had different plans.

I know a majority here don’t ride mud like we do and don’t like portals but maybe there’s some. Everyone was impressed to say the least. And his axle was popping headed into the run so he just finished it off. Wish I could attach video.

I do it just as much as him. I was on 32’s at the time only reason I didn’t hit the bounty hole. Looking for 35-37’s now

Just seeing this... went to one last year and this guy just floated across. Apparently he's pretty well known at these and is the reason for a lot of the rules restricting these type of machines

this feller was on portals and I think 40's... never moved much further. Not a single SxS made it through. The 3 wheeler guy got beat by a guy on an old 300 that had front/rear dually setups. There was a kid on a newer 500 Rubicon that made it but it took forever. The SxS's never made it more than a couple hundred feet.

Looks like fun! I like the ' Run what you brung' type bounty holes where there isnt any classes. If you can build it, you can put it in the hole. Cool pics man!
