P500 Communications

I use a CB from John Betner in my RMAX but what is the consensus here using in their P5's? TIA

I have a mobile GMRS radio on my P5, and usually carry my ham HT. Although the P5 is probably too noisy to actually hear anybody on it.

I bought one of Tram’s radios and had it clipped to the window net last year in the P5. It worked great!

TYT 8600 mobile and Baofeng handheld here. An extra Honda ROPS quick clamp works great for mounting.

TYT 8600 (hacked) seems to be the way to go. Weather proof. HAM radio illegally operating on GMRS/FRS freqs.
