I made my own. I used a shifter boot from a 90s dodge 4x4 and cut it down a bit to work for the e-brake lever and cut a piece of cardboard [template] then Aluminum to be the frame and hold the boot in place. For the shifter's I cut a piece of heavy tin /light steel with tin snips [used steel from the sides of a old stove ] to fit around the shifters under the hood. I first made a template out of card board. If you look under the dash at the bottom side of where the shifter's go through, you'll see that the plastic is raised [thicker] I made my plate the same as that, and cut the slot for the shifter more or less the same. After cutting out the piece I drilled a couple holes thru the dash and into the plate.Once that was done I took the plate out and stretched a piece of Motocycle/dirtbike inner tube over that plate. Then because I had pre drilled the holes etc: I was able to place and bolt the plate back up under the dash. Then I had to reinstall the cables and linkages and used a zip tie to close up the end of the inner tube around the cables etc; It stops about 95% of the air flow. It took a bit of time but it sure makes a big difference in the winter in helping to keep it warmer in the cab.
