That looks really nice. Something to consider, now you got all the hard work done, fab up a set using 3/8" UHMW material, its already black throughout, impervious to moisture, easy to works with for drilling and cutting, and nearly indestructible if you put it on its side.

I like your idea in how you did this, I have seen a few self fabbed doors from UHMW before and they ended up being very durable yet nice looking while being light weight.
Thanks Jackal. I would love to make them out of some kind of synthetic material. Where can I purchase the material you were talking about? I live in Canada.
