need opinion on my door setup does the angle look right and what about the factory latch location

That looks really nice. Something to consider, now you got all the hard work done, fab up a set using 3/8" UHMW material, its already black throughout, impervious to moisture, easy to works with for drilling and cutting, and nearly indestructible if you put it on its side.

I like your idea in how you did this, I have seen a few self fabbed doors from UHMW before and they ended up being very durable yet nice looking while being light weight.

Here is one source, this is 3/8" thick they also have 1/2" thick but that heavy isn't needed for doors.

Great thanks for the links!
I used the current wooden doors all last year through the winter, but long-term the wood will deteriorate so plastic is a better long-term option.
