Well, I finally found a good candidate for a project I've talked about doing for quite a while. Picked up a 2018 P5 that was a rental unit. He tore it down after a customer blew the engine, ordered some parts then lost interest. He said it's been sitting like this for 2 years.I gave the guy a grand for the whole thing, including the new OEM Honda crank & bearings he bought with intentions to fix.
The plan is to put a different (More Power!) engine in this, T1K/P1K would be preferred but it's an open slate so we'll see where we end up.
For now I've decided to fix the OG 475cc powerplant just because I have everything needed aside from a couple seals & a spark plug. I tore it down yesterday & installed the new crank, I still had the OG piston/cylinder from Donkey 1.0 after doing the BBK on it so that was put in.
Going to get it running and driveable for now as is while I search for a wrecked donor.
Edit, all the bodywork/parts to reassemble were included
On the way home from NW PA.
