Dragon21 submitted a new Garage Item:

Here We Go Again... 1000-5 This Time

Well, now that the 700-4 is gone and the 1000-5 is home. its time to get started on the build again. I really try to go slow and pace myself. however that doesnt always work that way. When i got it, it had roof and windshield as part of the deal.

Ordered a winch and mount, synthetic rope and fairlead for it, HL snorkel, Amazon switch plate, fuse box, 100amp disconnect.

still plan to get a honda front bumper, lightbars, and soundbar.. when money permits.

debating about dual battery setup... not sure if ill do that or not. I dont tend to use radio or lights when its not running.

I put them at 20psi and they all went down to 19. Had me a little concerned. But they seem to have stopped there. I’ll bring them down to 10-12 at some point before the next ride

That's where I started. I've been wondering if the side walls get softer with more miles?

I would print out a diagram with a few knots to use to either splice your line, or repair it.

Got back from WV today. Awesome time. Tires and wheels setup did great. Loved not having the sway bar. Trail riding through the day my tires only rubbed about 6 times and not bad. Only turning hard left into a bump. Thought I might be able to deal with that. Until the night ride which was much slower and technical and wasn’t constantly rubbing. Gonna have to do a arms. Was hoping not to.

Glad I decided to change my snorkel style. Found this while doing it. Gonna put some heat on it and try to straighten it back out. Then RTV the rubber boot back on. And check the rest of the clamps.

Snorkel done. I feel better about the intake now that I got rid of the factory one after seeing how poorly it was put togather and the issues I could have had from it.
