First thing I should have bought, full skid plate system, running the Trail Armor now, hammer down!

Those look to be a quality product and I plan to order a set for my 1000 after Christmas.

They are. I scratched my head a little at first because of the mounting hardware seemed a little too simple. But if you use an impact driver and a T40 torx bit, it's beyond solid.

Yea, It happens. And I don't like the metal and rock meeting sound. I really like my Trail Armor system, 1/2 inch thick.

Rocks not a problem here in Mississippi.

Dead fall = Big problem.

I'm going with S&S fabrication... they're out of eastern Ky and offer full skids and a-arm guards.. everything powder coated for 750.. that's including shipping. They're 3/16 aluminum and he offers a 5 year warranty. They don't have a website just Facebook.

I figure if I have an issue with the noise I'll add a thin uhmw layer like the ricochets.. I'm also thinking about adding some of this to the back of the S&S skids..
