As I’ve not cracked the box open to look at the instructions, I’m not 100% sure. Website shows they come with hanger type hardware, so it may not require drilling. I believe @Tramguage1 installed a set of these... maybe he can tell us.

They dont require any drilling. Very easy install. Have had mine for 3 years with no issue. These are a bargain for 250.00

I’m actually thinking about a complete skid system from Ricochet off-road. Taking a serious look at the hybrid which uses 3/16” aluminum and 1/4” uhmw.

I have removed mine a couple times to clean and do a little straightening. they a easy to install and TOUGH!

They do cover the floorboards and turn up about 2" into the wheel well.

No sir, I have an LE with factory aluminum center skid. I added the side skids.
I'm headed to the 1/2" plastic route for my Pioneer and Talon.

So I’ve been comparing the differences between the 1/2” uhmw skid and the hybrid 3/16” aluminum with 1/4” uhmw overlay and Ricochet claims that the hybrid is stronger than 1/2” uhmw by itself. I feel like the only con with the hybrid is the transition between pieces since it’s not as uniform as a full uhmw skid. I wonder how much stronger it could be? I had a Trail Armor on the 700-4 and it was pretty darn tough!
