P500 Full enclosure

Just completed the entire cab enclosure for a customer of mine and just wanted to let you all know that they are now available. The aluminum and powder coated enclosure includes a tip out safety glass windshield, top, back with safety glass window, full suicide doors that lift off when not needed. This one pictured has the snap on plastic windows but fixed safety glass or pop out removable glass windows are another option. Yes the box is aluminum also. It has a 5/8 bulb seal around the lid so it seals water tight. I also put struts on the lid so it holds the box lid up and keeps it from opening to much and hitting the enclosure.

Love the windshield but not sure I could afford the shipping to get it to Alaska.....the plastic ones only last about a year in the brush I ride and they get so scratched you can't see out.

Very nice, appears to have excellent fit and finish. Can you imagine that whole machine blacked out in matte black? would look like some SpecOps fast attack vehicle.

@Hondasxs maybe @Alumilitearmor would be interest in being a featured vendor. Top notch product for sure.

Now a proper enclosed cab for the Pioneer 1000 from them would be prefect starting with a GLASS TIP OUT WINDSHIELD that nobody makes at the moment for the P1K. hint hint.

Yes they sell just the windshield, in two different versions. Each component can be bought individually; the windshield, roof/back panel combo, and doors. They have multiple options for each. If I configured it correctly the full cab came to about $3,080 with all glass and opening / removable side windows & tip out windshield and windshield wiper.

Looking very good, will it keep the dust out? The fabric top and doors suck in dust to the point I can’t see.
