Talon Gauge relocation & GPS

I think I'm really going to like the Talon gauge relocation.

It also gave me a perfect place to mount my gps. I use this waterproof gps on my street bike. It is glove friendly and has trails loaded. It only cost me $53 for the cradle so I'm not out much if I don't like it and want to go with a tablet.

btw, I have since swapped out the Garmin gps for a Samsung 8" Tab A tablet running Gaiagps. It works way better and automatically synchs to my phone and desktop computer. The screen also works for my backup camera.

It is held in place with a RAM Mounts Tab-Tite Tablet Cradle for Apple iPad Mini with Case RAM-HOL-TAB12U .

All mounted with a RAM Mount Double B-Ball Round Plate Assembly With 1.75" Length Arm RAM-B-101U-A.

I mounted my Garmin 276C on the steering column and a 10.3" samsung tablet with Lifetime trail mapping on the aw sh#t bar with the Ram mount.
Much easier than trying to move the stock unit over the steering column

Pretty sure this gauge relocation is going to get ordered for mine as well. I like the idea of not having to look over to see what's going on. It reminds me of those little ass cars that have the instrument cluster centered in the dash. lol. I can't have my Talon reminding me of a s***ty rental.

The Live Valve version moves those indicators to the center where the gauge cluster was.

I am working on a LV version right now. Moves the LV display to the center and adds 2 or 3 switches (but they will be sideways). Should have something be the end of the week.

250 miles and that Honda display sucks

I saw the reviews ripping on the display and thought it couldn't be that bad but it really is. Its too small and no color. How can you drive in manual mode when you can't see the rpm's? For what you pay for the machine, this should be a world class display. I really miss my CanAm Commander...
