I currently own a 2007 Yamaha Rhino (selling), and a 2018 Pioneer 700-4D. I have had a half windshield on my Rhino for years, and I have always been happy with it. Tried the full windshield...didn't like it at all.
I'm looking at a few options for my Pioneer, and I noticed several differences. One of the major differences is that some are bent at the bottom to seat across the dash, while others run straight down with the roll cage and seal across the front of the dash. Are there advantages/disadvantages to either? Thanks for any input!

I have the Honda 2 piece windshield I like it because I can have full, vented, and take top piece off in summer and still leave on the bottom. It's not as tall as a half windshield but it looks good like that. I like it because with the Honda clamps it's on or off quickly and easily. But if it's not hardcoat it will scratch easily. I know I trashed 2 of the otherones.

I have a like new half OEM windscreen for sale from my 2018 Honda 700 delx
I just ordered the EMP half windshield yesterday. The Honda OEM seemed a little too short for me. I had the same brand on my Rhino, and really liked it.

Could you post a couple pictures when you get it? I feel the same way about the Honda OEM half windshield.

Want to bring this back to life.. in the market for half windshield for my 700-2. I have a fold down now that is on its last leg, and I keep it folded most of the time anyway. I need opinions and pics please. Thanks

Got a SATV flip out and a Kolphin shortie, the Kolphin wins hands down, I can wear aa hat the shortie deflects the wind over my head.

I just got my first Honda sxs and am new to the forum. 2021 Pioneer 700-4. Did a bunch of research before purchasing the sxs on the accessories. Went with the Honda OEM hard top and SuperATV two piece flip up windshield. Fully closed is nice when it’s chilly out in the mornings, can open it slightly to vent while riding, or flip it all the way up for full wind in your face. Kind of a pain to install and get it all lined up correctly because the instructions are pretty worthless but once done right it’s really nice and I’m happy with it so far. Thought about the fold down style because they are cheaper but I don’t think they would work very well with the way the hard top curves over the front of the roll bar.
