P1000 Have you looked under your seat?

So, i've always known that honda has underseat storage kits, but I never knew just how much wasted space was there. This wasted space is almost as stupid as the undersized cup holders that the honda came with.

i might see if i can find a door with a lock... will like storing a gun in the compartment. when staying out of the water of course

There is a thread or two on here of someone putting an access door for the under seat area. I think they had a couple of ammo cans stuffed in it. I think the door came from a boating application. Anyway...hopefully they see this and post up a link where they did it if you don't find it first.

Ya, mine came with the under seat storage.
I keep the stuff that's highly unlikely will ever get use but it's there if I need it.

there's a lot of space there, but keep in mind it's not water tight, even with honda's accessory storage box. Anything you put in there better know how to swim.
