Just got a 2018 P5 (new to me) and I love it! I'm in Louisiana and love to deer hunt but hard to load deer solo. Pic is of HME Hitch Hoist that a friend modified for me so I don't have to take off and put back on each trip. Now to punch a hole in a buck and see how easy it is to load.
I'm new to forum and am enjoying all the ideas for my P5!

I hope you get that trophy buck first trip out this year. Congrats on the new P5. It's common knowledge red is the fastest color, but I've never seen a camo one on the wooded trails so they could be a close second.

Nice rig set up. Have you seen the Moose 2 inch receiver for the P500? One of the useful mods.

Ya Ya Ya - I hear it all the time...The red ones are faster, the green ones go deeper, bla, bla, bla. 🤯
The camo ones do it all, and do it better, we're just so stealthy no one notices. 😂🤣
BTW, the reason you've never seen a camo one in the woods is because we blend into our surroundings so well.
HaHa!

@BillyC , Wish they made similar a hitch mounted lift with a dual bike rack instead of a platform for 70 lb. E-bikes. There’s a market out there for older bike owners, too bad I’m neither an engineer or welder but just old. Good carriers with ramps run $700.

Nice skills there!
Thank you. I’m just not much on buying if I can build it myself, which means I can build it the way I want.
I’m planning on making a 2” front receiver that will be right below my front winch. I have my winch mounted in the high position. I already have the materials. Just have to wait until I feel better. Found out on July 17th I have a cancerous tumor between my Rh lung and rib cage. It invaded my 7th and 8th rib, and the 8th rib has been broken since July 1st. I’ll be half done with chemo on Thursday and will be done with radiation next Monday. Have surgery in Jan to remove tumor and repair ribs. Take 2 months to recover from that, then I’m ready to get back into backyard engineer mode. 😂😂
