welcome neighbor.
Still aren’t available Just get a thin cycle strap or duffel bag handle. Cut to desired length and take a lighter to the ends. Drill small hole through handle and strap with a little nut bolt. basically free and it’ll never slip off again

I used webbing like you buy at a back packing
store. I drilled a hole in the handle & riveted
them in place.
