Honda talon locker

Got my locker, and got it installed in the turbo talon. Parts seemed nice, good fit, and quality. Install was pretty straightforward. Really impressed with the simplicity. It hooks up so much better from a stop, espicially with the turbo. It used to spin through third gear, it really pulls now. Look foward to doing some hill climbing and some rock crawling with it soon. Filmed the install and uploading the video to YouTube now.

No.. I dont sell Hess products.
Yes.. It can be wired exactly the same.
What we sell in the club store is a DIY kit. All you have to do is wire it to a switch. It does not come with a switch like the others.
Other than the switch they all work the same from that point.
Its just 2 wires, give it 12v and lock the 4x4 clutch.
Works great with switchpro and other similar types of switch systems.
You can even keep the i4wd if you like or remove it.

Yes.
It is what u need.
Don't u have a switch pro?
Put it on a circuit.

Yeah, that’s the other thing, do you know if there’s installation instructions and or a video for it somewhere? I’m not sure what a switch pro is?

I got my T1Kx locker last week also but haven't had a chance to install yet. I'll take pics and hopefully come up with a how-to for you similar to the P5 gear mod unless someone else gets it done first. I'll be in touch

Removing the diff is the majority of the work. The install of new parts is about as easy as it gets
