P1000m5 HondaSxS's Pioneer 1k, Build #2.

Well. Time to start a new build. Pick up a 2019 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 Black in the morning. Plan is to swap the following over from the 2016 just in time for the takeover.

Old mods moving over.
- Walker Evans shocks.
- Trail Aromr Skid plates.
- Custom UHMW bash plate
- Tusk Kevlar Terribite tires on OEM wheels.
- @RB3offroad spacers 1.5" rear. 1" front.
- Slasher bumper
- Superwinch Terra 45
- Hillbilly brake
- SATV front arms?? Maybe?
- Spiderweb shade
- soft windshield.
- OEM soft top.
- Custom Passanger T-handle

First mods - not done on the 2016.
- under crossmember support improvements
- side rail supports.

New mods
- HondaSxS.com custom made switch plate and relay system.
- no second battery.
- HondaSxS.com Auto Backup Lights.
- Auto Backup Light worklight switch override.
- Miller 3ft whips.
- TYT 8600 Radio
- New front led light bar.
- Under dash light.


I never really had a first build thread. I'll try my best to keep this one up to date.

Late May I will start to rebuild the 2016 and put her up for sale.

Why no 2nd battery? And wont you need the a arms for your tires? Also great choice on the p1000-5, shocks? Or you get the l.e. ????

This just barely fits. Have to twist the velcro straps to take up a little slack and it will pull tight.

I know you mostly run no windshield unless it is raining - this might be an option for in the summer when I run the mesh windshield - for those rain showers .

I thought you had one of the soft tops for when it rains? I prefer and can't wait to take off my plastic top for the summer and just run the SpiderShade roof. The only time it messes with me is when I know I will be traveling out of town like to Takeover.. I just have to know I am going to go and take the Honda hard top off when I get there and the weather is nice. I would rather not even take it but then it would rain

Ya.. But somehow a brand new bolt decided to amazlinly rust. Don't quite understand it.
