We have a significant problem with engine heat coming up thru the seat crack and being so hot it almost burns us.

Help! We are considering insulation fixes, but don't know where to start.

This should be a RECALL, Honda!

There is a section on the forum with some solutions to the heat. There is also someone on here that makes ans sell heat shields that go under the seat

Welcome to the forum! I love the white color.

The seat heat does seem to be a problem, especially when you slash thru water.

Take your windshield all of the way off your machine in the summer. I had the same problem, took half of the 2 piece windshield off and got better. Took the lower half off and totally solved the problem. The windshield is causing low pressure area in the cockpit area pulling the heat into the cab from the engine area. Had the same issue with my Yamaha Rhino 660, could not run with the windshield on in the summer but man it was nice in the winter.
