P700 Installing Back Up Lamps

I have found a couple of 3/4" white light 60 lumes round lights that would fit perfectly under the tail lamps for back up lights. I want to wire them into the back up harness and was wondering where I need to look for the plug? I've seen a couple of 700s with this mod on face book but no one gives much info as to how to install them.

I figure I can just direct wire them into the back up harness and when I put in reverse they will light up.

You can splice them yourself if you like or buy this cheap pigtail - DIY Backup Light Harness for Honda Pioneer 1000 and Pioneer 700[2017+]
BUT, This ONLY is for 700's of years 2017+. Prior years do not have the backup alarm connector.

I used the harness as well from the club store wired it through a relay and works like a charm for this little bar.
Any questions just ask, lots of smarts on this forum to help.

I am concerned that those are designed to be a clearance light and as such will have a very wide beam pattern and not far reaching.
Before you mount them permanently may I suggest going somewhere dark and trying one out first.
Great idea for sure don't get me wrong but doubtful to work well.

Believe it or not, it was the easiest mod I did.
You will love being able to see without using flashlights or help.

I am concerned that those are designed to be a clearance light and as such will have a very wide beam pattern and not far reaching.
Before you mount them permanently may I suggest going somewhere dark and trying one out first.
Great idea for sure don't get me wrong but doubtful to work well.

That's my plan to test and see how much light they give off.

Also did a test of the light in a dark shop. Looks good to me. This is just one bulb should be fine with 2 of these.😁

I was looking at this position and style lights but was concerned about them mudding up and becoming useless.

Is that an issue for you with them mounted there?

What brand and size tires are those? I'm wanting something like those but for stock rims, a 27 or 29s. I'm limited on garage door height so I can't do any real lifting of my buggy.

27x9x12 all around.
Paid $630 for new rims and tires.
