Internal Gear Reduction - Question

Would it be possible to have a gear reduction for low range only? I'm running 30" tires and might want to go to 31" on my next set. I like that it's geared higher in HIGH as it keeps the RPM's low when cruising along in 5th and 6th gear. I would like to have my low range be lower.

Assume your taking the Pioneer 1000.
Currently no.
However,
The Talon has a lower reverse gear and it is a good possibility it could slide right in. No one has dug into this yet.
