Looking to run 235/75R/15 tires on ITP Tsunami Rims in 15x7 w/4/137 pattern & 5/2 offset. Looking for anyone running this rim or similar ITP rim to confirm fit & anything I need to consider. I have one inch spacers for rear tires & ordered some Yokohama Geolander MT tires to try. Thanks for any information.

The tsunami wheel is damn good lookin.

I see no reason it wouldn’t fit, 5+2 is the correct offset..
But why 15’s instead of 14’s?

And these wheels.

Not bad for 45 bucks each and they machine balanced perfectly.

Is the 6 1 offset on the front apply with the 1 inch spacers on the rear as well?

6+1 front and 5+2 rear will provide near perfect factory width. If your going to use a large 28/10/14 front tire it may not fit. 27/9 or 28/9 should be fine on front. I have 28/10/14 Rip Saws on 5+2 Split Six wheels my front width is now 66” and my rear is 62”.

No. A 5+2 wheel on all 4 and 1inch spacers on rear is perfect alignment.

No 5+2 off set in the front will increase your front width to 66”
It seems like you're going about things the hard way. The factory wheels have a real funny offset and are not the same front to back. It makes no sense but they are basically 1in different.

If the end goal is to have your tires inline front to back then getting 4 wheels that are the same offset such as 5+2 and adding 1 inch wheel spacers to the rear is the easiest option. You will also benefit from being able to use the same wheel on all 4 corners. Futher, you'll have more clearance for turning the front tires if you use the 5+2 wheels.

If your asking the OP (no tag) he hasnt been on in a year. Might want to send him a PM, he might get an email and respond.
@BWAF is still around, still has his rims but he uses LT tires and yes they are still good.
