I just pulled the trigger on a brand new 2017 in the box P1K ESP in shale blue. This thing is still in the warehouse, never been built! Dealer is going to do the 2 heat problem updates (floor and clutch) before delivery under the “recall”.

One question, not a big fan of the blue and thinking about removing the side panels. Is there an after market for them?

I don't know if there is much of a market in the plastics. I do know they are relatively cheap enough to purchase new. I think a colour swap is under $300 shipped.

Based on threads started recently, he was interested in price, and price alone. When one is concerned with only price, they tend to settle on whatever colour they can get the best deal on.

This^^ I got my shale blue 17 for around $2400 less than a red one because the dealer has sat on them for almost a year with no interest. I too was planning on swapping out the plastics for the LE plastics but now I have wheels, tires, and accessories the color had kind of grown on me.

I really wanted my silver one, but acted put off by the colour, he said it had sat on the floor forever and made me a great deal. 14,200 plus tax with a roof. This was dec of 16

$12,700 with a roof here. I traded in a 17 Ranger 570FS and they gave me what I was going to sell it on craigslist for so it was a no brainier. The red one was $14,979 out the door.

Not a fan of the red either. For me it’s just too much color. The only plastics I like is the grey metallic.

Thanks! My build thread is posted in the builds. Yeah $12,700 was final price. They we're online in various stages for $11,999 so I had them match it before I agreed to the blue.

No. I got $8k for my trade and paid the remaining with a check. I didn't finance any of it so that couldve helped. I just pulled my papers and realized I told you guys a lie. I paid $500 down the Saturday before to lock the deal in. I signed all the paperwork and delivered my trade on the following Tues. So if you include that it was 13,200.
