Getting everything ready for the first IXCR race of the season at the Badlands.
Honda aluminum doors painted and decals applied, new rims/tires installed and Jackson firmware update. We're hoping for a good first run!!

If I were going to do a production cage this is the one I would get for sure. I decided to go with a local fab guy so I could tweak things to be exactly the way I wanted but that comes with a premium price.

First race result:
28th out of 52 overall
5th out of 10 in Heavy class
Only Talon in class and 1 of 3 at the entire race, the other 2 were in Womens and Heavy Limited (non turbo cars).
Not too bad for first time out with tires we installed on Thursday night and only one ride on the turbo setup. Haven't talked to my GM (driver) yet but I'm pretty happy with it. We'll see what he thinks about the setup when he gets back Monday.

Update, actually ended up in 4th officially!!
He said it was overheating the whole last lap due to the radiator packing full of mud. Thinks a radiator relocate might be in order.

If anyone in this thread is looking to get a Krash cage on their Talon I’ve got mine for sale.
Love the cage, but am selling my machine so I’m also going to sell the cage. The craftsmanship and quality is absolutely top notch on these cages. I believe lead times are currently ~ 3 months as well.
Located in Richland, Indiana 47634. I am willing to drive to meet within a 2ish hour radius to sell. That’d be Louisville, Nashville, St. Louis, Indianapolis areas.
$2400. Includes roof and custom glass windshield also from Krash.
