I know there have been a bunch of threads on this before but I am looking for some options for a light bar.
I have been running a 52" curved mounted to my roof for the last year but have ripped it off several times.
I am thinking of either moving it more to the front of the roof and lowering it a few inches (it is below the roof line now) or going with a totally different mount. I was thinking about the lower wind shield area.
Can you share some pictures of how yours is mounted if you are happy with it.
As a side note, almost all of my riding is in the woods with considerable tree contact :)
Thanks for the input !

I had 30” inside at top of full windshield. Removed to put flip up split windshield and bought a 54” straight bar and mounting it with PBR brackets that go where cage mounts together. I will be mounting in a day or two and can show pics then

Cheap one from amazon but it’s stupid bright. Hopefully it lasts

LED Light Bar, AKD Part 54 Inch... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H4979T7?tag=sxsweb24-20

Had not thought about that but I may order another set of brackets and try it

I went cheap Amazon too. Good idea to check all those bolts and make sure snug. I actually took mine apart and made sure everything was sealed up. Added some gasket maker to a few spots, was a good hole for water to get in where the wires go in. So far so good.

There’s a guy that makes some to fit between the cage bolts.. I swapped my setup out and don’t use mine anymore

i have a mctunning light bar from amazon, (cheap one).... on my golf cart.... super bright, im absolutely happy with it. everyone joked my golf cart was the brightest out of all the sxs and atvs. they said they could tell it was me because they could see daylight moving through the woods and couldnt hear the motor.

im hoping to get one from for my honda... they have one listed for 52" curved... my side by side is goning to be delivered tomorrow, i hope i can find a way to fit it.... anyone know the distance between the front roll bars? sorry to hijack this post

My 54” straight fits perfect from center roll cage to center roll cage as long as the brackets are able to be reversed(flipped) so a 52” with regular brackets should be just right

I ride in a hilly area that has pretty thick woods with lots of low lying brush and vegetation. I bang trees with the roof all the time and try to squeeze under brush so I knew a top mounted light wouldn't work for me. I saw these on a Jeep and thought this might work for me, which it has for the last two years. I bought cheapies on Amazon but now I wouldn't hesitate to put some quality cubes in their place in this location.
