looking for lightbar mounts to go across my pioneer, preferably just below the factory roof line. I have some brackets that allow the factory windshield to vent by pushing the bottom of the windshield out/up. This makes the windshield nearly touching the inside of the factory roof when it's fully open. Any suggestions for a 54" curved light bar? I also plan to mount three pod lights in the factory bumper

Jesus, what size inner tubes are those? 🤣

As for a curved light bar, I have one Ill sell you barely used if you really want one. But with that tip from the bottom out windshield I think thats gonna be a negative to find something that will work. You might have to make your own like I did. They stick out far enough without a tip out. Your gonna be dam near half way down the nose of your hood.

Id just stick with some pods on the pillars and a small light bar mounted on your bumper. It dosnt have too look like Yankee Stadium when your driving tho.
Look at Rough country they have some nice options. Thats what I did with mine after getting sick of the big hood light bar

Shown is a Nilight 54" curved. I made the mounts from a scrap of sheet metal, saved from the bottom of an old computer. The mounts attach only to the outside of the roll cage corner gusset (the ones you can buy on-line seem to all use long bolts going through both sides of the gusset and squeezing it. I used rivet nuts instead - very sturdy. Mounting up high is more work, but offers better lighting and no glare from the structure. That said, I'm sure there would be lots of glare if running the lights in rain or fog. The pod lights mount to existing bolt hole using longer bolt with spacer.

IIRC, the claimed wattage of this light bar is 312 watts. That's bogus, I measured current draw at about 16 amps. Seems the mfgs use exaggerated wattage as marketing hype, when lumens or some other metric would be more useful. Still, it's dang bright!

You did a good job on that mount and brackets dont get me wrong.
But every time I see a light bar mounted there, the rigs look like they just came from a Safari tour in Africa! 😂

Thanks for the advice. I guess I'll try to make some brackets like BUMBERM made. I do have rivnuts (Plusnuts) I can use.
REMINGTON, the tires are 32 Kenda Klever on 15“ System 3 beadlock wheels.

Good guess, you must be one of 'em stute individuals! . . . I just came from a Safari tour in Africa.* Honda didn't get the engine from the Africa-Twin for nothing!

*Or, I might be prevaricating again.
