Looks like spacers/adapters.
Heads up:
As wide as that looks there is a large amount of offset and is going to put a lot of force on tierods. They are the weak link that will save your rack.
Invest in 5-6 tierods(same side to side), 1-¼ crowfoot , 12” extension, ½” ratchet, 17mm socket, quality needle nose pliers, #2 Phillips screwdriver, and (2) of the clamps in the below image.
Using another machine to winch it over you can change a tierod in about 10 mins. I have changed a few due to spacers and offset.

I'm same boat as you were Jackal @lee and @JACKAL awesome write ups with a couple great tips. Humor was added bonus. I especially like the air box clamp that's a great idea way better then hose clamp. I figured I'd look it up and there it is.:)
