P700 Missing windshield part

We have a 2020 700-4 that we bought over the summer. We had a tilt type windshield installed by the dealer. I noticed yesterday we are missing a spacer where the handscrew goes into the tilt arm. Dealer is saying they do not sell replacement parts and I cannot find a breakdown.

Does my explanation make sense? Does anyone know where I might find this spacer? Without it, the windshield has a hellacious rattle on that side.

Are you just talking about the nylon washer?
You'd be best picking one up at a local hardware store.

Otherwise, you have to order a 10 pack.

Richard may be short in stature, but very tall in info! Everything I have bought from the store was been top notch!
